The Winter Springs Blazers are a 13-under competition boys basketball team. The Blazers originated in the Spring of 2000 and are composed solely of players from the Winter Springs\Oviedo area. They compete year-around in various Central Florida competition leagues, in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournaments, and Youth Basketball of America (YBOA) tournaments. The Blazers expect to compete in 2002 State and National Tournaments.

We have several fundraisers planned to offset team expenses, which include league and tournament registrations, gym fees, uniforms and general expenses, and are also seeking team sponsors. There are various ways in which you and your company can support the Blazers. These include a monetary contribution, or merchandise donations to be used as raffle items. All contributions are tax deductible.

Blazers sponsors will receive recognition on our web site, advertising on our team uniforms and at tournaments throughout the state. Additionally, the sponsors will receive Blazers game schedules, newsletters, and team photos.
